These investigations and a reevaluation of the original <br />data showed that the instream flow appropriation could safely be 4It <br />reduced from 4 cfs to 2 cfs. <br /> <br />In October, the applicant filed the two actions on the water <br />rights necessary to implement the hydropower operation.
