<br />- 6- <br /> <br />CWCB Consent Agenda <br />November 19 - 21, 2003 <br /> <br />Matters may be placed on the Consent Agenda when the recommended action follows established <br />policy or precedent, there has been a negotiated settlement, or the matter is uncontested and non- <br />controversial. Staff provides memos to CWCB members explaining the matters on the Consent Agenda. <br />Matters on the Consent Agenda are noticed for hearing in the same manner as other agenda items. If a <br />member of the CWCB requests further consideration of an item on the Consent Agenda, the item will be <br />withdrawn from the Consent Agenda and discussed at the end of the meeting or at the next meeting. The <br />Consent Agenda may be voted on without reading or discussing individual items. Any CWCB member may <br />request clarification about any matter on the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />I. Stream and Lake Protection - Statements of Opposition - The Board is asked to ratify the Statements <br />of Opposition that have been filed by the Staff to protect Instream flow water rights in the following <br />cases. <br /> <br />a. Case No I-03CW270; Town of Lyons <br />b. Case No. 2-03CW68; ISG, LLC <br />c. Case No. 4-03CWI68; Nick Gray <br />d. Case No. 5-03CWI59; Eagle River Water and Sanitation District <br />e. Case No. 5-03CWI62; Archie Linda Dunham <br /> <br />2. Stream and Lake Protection Section - Case Resolution - Case No. 4-02CW252; Robert Ketchum et <br />al. The Board will be asked to ratify this settlement that will result in a de minimis impact to the <br />Board's Instream flow water right. <br /> <br />3.
