<br />145 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 2c <br />Case No, 3-0ICW003; Navajo Development me. <br /> <br />Application Sununarv <br /> <br />This is an application for a plan for augmentation in Mineral County near Creede (see attached <br />map). The Applicant is the developer of 13 residential subdivisions comprised of 674 lots and a <br />light industrial area. The Applicant's plan for augmentation includes several new augmentation <br />sources as well as amendments to previously decreed augmentation plans. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Applicant has published erroneous legal descriptions for a number of subdivisions. The Board <br />holds two instream flow water rights on the Rio Grande for 150/65 cfs and 160/80 cfs with a 1982, <br />appropriation date, which may be iqiured by this application, Additionally, based on the published <br />application, the Board's instream flow water rights in the Willow Creek and Bellows Creek basins <br />could also be impacted. <br /> <br />Potential for miurv <br /> <br />The Applicant's proposed augmentation plan may not replace depletions to the Board's instream <br />flow water rights on the Rio Grande in the same amount, time, and locations at which they occur. <br /> <br />.
