Precipitation Project in cooperation with the Division of Water Resources.

Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn that the Board endorse proceeding with the
preparation of the Phase II workplan and budget and that the staff will work
with this in conjunction with the State Engineer's office, and do what is
necessary so that the request may be put into the next Construction Fund
budget. The motion was seconded by Alan Hamel and approved
unanimously (8-0).
