<br />Agenda Item 6r <br />Case No. 5-98CW270; City of Aurora, et al. <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for approval of a plan for augmentation and exchange in the Eagle, Blue, <br />and Colorado River drainages in Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Pitkin, and Summit Counties (see <br />attached map). Applicants' proposed Gore Creek <br />exchange may deplete the Board's Gore Creek instream flow water right and the proposed Roaring <br />Fork River exchange may deplete the Board's Roaring Fork River instream flow water rights. <br /> <br />Other Objectors <br /> <br />Other objectors include the City of Colorado Springs, the Colorado River Water Conservation <br />District, Eagle Park Reservoir Company, Eagle River Water and Sanitation District, Vail <br />Associates, Inc., Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority, the City of Aspen, Pitkin County Board of <br />Commissioners, Public Service Company of Colorado, City and County of Denver, Southeastern <br />Colorado Water Conservancy District, the Town of Gypsum, Steven J.
