Consent Agenda Item l.d Case No. 6-05CW066: Application of Steamboat Alpine Development, LLC Application Summary This is an application for a storage right, surface water rights, ground water right, and for approval of a plan for augmentation and exchange for Steamboat Alpine Development near Steamboat Springs. 1) Applicant seeks a conditional storage right for Steamboat Alpine Pond # 1 for 40 AF for recreation, aesthetic, and piscatorial uses. 2) Applicant seeks a conditional ground water right for Steamboat Alpine Wel1 No.1 for 0.5 cfs for recreation, piscatorial and livestock uses. 3) Applicant seeks a conditional surface water right for Priest Creek Pump and Pipeline for I cfs for recreation, piscatorial and livestock uses. 4) Applicant seeks a conditional surface water right for Pine Spring Gulch Ditch for 1 cfs for recreation, piscatorial and livestock uses. 5) Applicant's plan for augmentation includes up to 45 AF of the 100 AF of the water al10tment contract between the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District and Priest Creek Ranch, LLC for water from Stagecoach Reservoir. Applicant seeks to use by exchange the water from Stagecoach Reservoir to augment out of priority diversions and/or depletions resulting from the structures described in the application. Applicant requests an exchange rate of 2.5 cfs with a priority date of 12/23/2005.
