has not submitted its report under the Flood
Control Act of 1944 on the project. All
other reports by other states, including
Colorado, have been submitted.

Feasibility reports on the Bostwick Park
and Fruitland Mesa Projects are now virtually
completed.

The definite plan report on the Silt Proj-
ect will be virtually completed by the end of
the forthcoming fiscal year.

Money is included in the present Appro-
priations Bill for the resumption of studies
on the Narrows Project. Thoseproject studies
are now actively under way with money fur-
nished by this Board and we are hopeful of
coming up with a new and revised project
within the next year,

The Trinidad Project is now virtually
ready for construction, The major obstacle
there is to change the point of storage of
the Model Reservoir up to the Trinidad Reser-
voir site. We expect to assist that conser-
vancy district in those legal proceedings
starting within the next few weeks to secure
a change in the decree. The project hinges
entirely upon the change of the decree to the
Trinidad Reservoir site.

Smith Fork Project will shortly be under
construction. The advertisement for bids, I
understand, will be made this week. Is that
correct, Mr. Jacobson?"

"They will be advertised this week for
construction.

Presently under construction we have the
Paonia and Collbran Projects. Collbran and
Paonia will be substantially completed by the
end of this forthcoming fiscal year. On the
Florida, Curecanti and Smith Fork, either the
preconstruction activities or actual construc-
tion will get under way during this forthcoming
year.
