Stapleton, Chairman, pr~siding., : <br />- . <br />MR. STAPLETON: I will call this regularly scheduled meeting of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board to order. If. you have not heard about <br />the Colorado Sunshine Law, we have an expert to'my left who would be <br />delighted to expound on it (laughter). Assuming that everybody knows <br />about it, we have a sign-up sheet here, which we would expect everyone <br />to ~omp1y with. If you have any' question about whether you should sign <br />up, maybe you should sign up. 'Sign up rather than be _ sorry" is the- <br />motto of the Attorney General. . - , . . <br /> <br />- - - - <br />MR; NELSON: Is that part of the Sunshine Law? 'What next? <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: Mr. Nelson, things have changed since you were a member <br />of this Board <br /> <br />, - <br />MR. ROBBINS: You don't have to ~ign up if you are. only here to listen. <br />It is only those who are going to speak and participate in the delib- <br />erations of the Board. <br /> <br />MR. NELSON: I have spoke~already, so I had better sign up. <br /> <br />MR. 'STAPLETON: The first order of b~siness is the approval of-the' , <br />Board's Minutes of May 12, July 30, and Nov~mber 17, 1976, which have <br />heretofore been furnished to you. Are there any additions or corrections <br />to those minutes?: <br /> <br />MR. BENTON: On the November 17 minutes, on page 29,the next to t!ie ~ast <br />line there, I think that is just a typographical error or at least on <br />the copy I have received, and I notice the copy in.my package. It s~ys: <br />"Mr. Benton," and it should be "Mr. Denton." <br /> <br />MRS. MARTEL: What page? <br /> <br />MR. BENTON: Page 29, Mary; That is' November 17. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: . With that correction, Mr. Jackson, do YDu;move that- the <br />minutes be approved as submitted? <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />MR. JACKSON: Yes. <br /> <br />MR. FURNEAUX: Second. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: 'Any discussion? (No-response.). All those in favor? <br />(Ayes.) Opposed? (No response.) <br /> <br />The minutes are approved as submitted, with the one correction. <br />
