<br />Discussion <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Duane Smith, P.E. (Smith Geotechnical, Engineering Consultants) haS:conducted initial <br />surveying and has made a general assessment of the condition of the ditch system. <br /> <br />Smith Geotechnical has submitted a plan of study for the feasibility study with a cost <br />estimate of$1O,500 and is under contract with the Company to complete the study as an <br />initial step in obtaining CWCB loan financing for the project. Staff has reviewed and <br />approved the plan of study (copy attached).
