that we were working rather late last year on
some of the feeder canals and we did not get
the late fall runoffs. Moving on to the paonia
Project, we compute an ideal supply on that
project of about 56,600 acre-feet. We were
able to del~ver, last year, 46,310 acre-feet.
Under that project they had 10~~ supply of early
season water and an 85% supply of late season.

"Thank you, Mr. Jennings. Any questions

"Mr. Jennings, I am sorry to hear that the
Dallas Creek Project has been lost for another
year. That feasibility report was scheduled to
come out in January. Now it's slipped back
until the last of the year which means another
loss of a year. You stated I believe, that this
delay was due to other federal agencies not
making their reports. Is that right? The other
interested agencies not making their reports?"

"principally, Pete, are the reports from the
Corps of Engineers and other cooperative agencies
that are holding this report up. Now, for some-
time we have stated that we felt the report
would be out late in our fiscal year. That
would be within the next six months."

"Now I would like to ask our Director, is
there anything that the Director can do, or
this Board can do, to get these cooperating
agencies to make their reports a little bit
faster so we don't lose so much time?"

"We have been pushing those. I don't know
that we are actually going to lose any time,
Pete. It has always been scheduled, it is my
recollection, for completion late this fiscal
year."
