The contractor has started <br />pouring concrete for some of the footings and <br />clearing right-of-way near the Hayden end. <br /> <br />We have made some operation studies for the <br />wray Reservoir. This is on the North Republican <br />Unit. This didn't turn out so good. We don't <br />think the Wray development will be feasible. <br />This unit, of course, has been inactive for years <br />but we have brought our annual project history <br />up-to-date. <br /> <br />On the Narrows unit we reported to the <br />South Platte Steering Committee and furnished <br />them data on two pumping plants. This would <br />be an addition to the Narrows Unit. The first <br />pumping plant would pump water from the South <br />Platte River below the town of Sterling into <br />
