Water Division 7. <br /> <br />The Forest Service has still not replied to the state and water users June, 2003 joint response <br />to the Forest Service's settlement proposal. Our response set forth some general principles to <br />guide future negotiations that we would require in order to continue on a settlement path, <br /> <br />2. Kansas v. Colorado. United States Supreme Court. No. 105. Oril!inaI. <br /> <br />Exceptions to the Special Master's Fourth Report are due to the U,S, Supreme Court January 22, <br />with responses due in February.
