The Statement of Basis and Purpose will be amended. <br /> <br />Brief summary of changes (rules referred to bv their current number): <br /> <br />One new defroition ("mail") was added to Rule 4 (proposed Rule 4.k.). The definition of <br />"CWCB Hearing Officer" was amended. to authorize the Hearing Officer to adjust deadlines and <br />scliedu1es to further parties' settlement efforts. <br /> <br />Rule 5.00 was amended to clarify and make consistent references to "recommendations" and <br />appropriations;" to require electronic submission of documents where possible; and to make <br />editorial revisions.
