The meeting was <br />called to order by Chairman Don Schwindt. Nine voting members were present at <br />the call to order 80 a quorum was present (at least six required). Voting Board <br />members present were Chairman Don Schwindt, David Smith, Bob Burr, Greg Hoskin, <br />Keith Catlin, Ray Wrightl vice Chairman Eric Wilkinson, Harold Miskel, and DNR <br />Executive Director Greg Walcher. Ex Officio members present or represented were <br />CWCB Director Rod Kuharich, Deputy State Engineer Hal Simpson, and Deputy <br />Attorney General Felicity Hannay representing the Attorney General. Also <br />present were First Assistant Attorney General Wendy Weiss, CWCB Deputy Director <br />Dan McAuliffe and WPA Executive Director Dan Law. <br /> <br />Note: While Board1s consideration of agenda items doesnrt always follow the <br />sequence indicated by the agenda numbers, these minutes are listed in agenda <br />item order for easier reference. <br />1.
