Public Review Process, The Board shall follow the public review process set forth in <br />Rules 11.a. - 11.c. prior to any Board decision to ratifY an Enforcement Agreement. <br /> <br />11. PUBLIC REVIEW PROCESS. Except as otherwise provided in the ISF Rules, t+he <br />Board shall follow the public review process set forth below prior to any Board decision <br />requiring public review. <br /> <br />a, Public Notice. Except as otherwise provided in the Rales, official Public notice of all <br />Board actions under these Rules shall be provided through the agenda of each regular <br />or special Board meeting. <br /> <br />b. Public Comment. SlIbject to Rule 5.52Except as otherwise provided in Rule 5.k., <br />at a regular or special meeting, the Board shall consider public comment on the <br />recommended ISF action prior to the Board action on the recommendation in any or <br />all of the following manners: . <br /> <br />(I) Oral and/or written cOrnnlents may be directed to Staff. When such <br />comments are made, Staff may summarize these comments to the Board. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(2) Oral and/or written comments, subject to reasonable limitations established by <br />the Board, may be made directly to the Board during the public meeting. <br /> <br />c. Public Agencv Recommendations. Prior to taking an ISF action pursuant to Rules 5 <br />or 6, the Board shall request recommendations from the Division of Wildlife and the <br />Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation.
