<br />e <br /> <br />Written Comment Deadline <br /> <br />Twenty copies of all public written comments must be delivered to the CWCB office at <br />1313 Shennan Street, Room #721, Denver, CO 80203 by the close of business (5:00 p,m.) on . <br />February 21, 2003. The CWCB will accept and cOl\sider late written comments and day-of. <br />hearing written comments, but any person who fails to deliver written comments by the February <br />21, 2003 deadline will not be entitled to make a Scheduled Oral Presentation, as described <br />below. <br /> <br />Oral Presentations <br /> <br />The opportunity for two types of oral preseIitations will be available to the public. The <br />fIrst, referred to as Scheduled Oral Presentation, wiil be assigned a 15 minute time period on the <br />agenda. (NOTE: Time may be reduced depending upon the number of people seeking a <br />Scheduled Oral Presentation.) The second, referred to as General Public Comment, will be <br />allowed three minutes or less (detennined by the available time and number of speakers) and <br />scheduled on a "fIrst come, fIrst serve" basis, <br /> <br />Scheduled Oral Presentations are available for persons who deliver their written <br />comments to the CWCB on or before Friday, February 21, 2003 and who attend the February 26, <br />2003 prehearing conference, Anyone that submits written comments by February 21, 2003 but <br />cannot attend the prehearing conference may makeia written request for a Scheduled Oral <br />Presentation on or before February 26, but will have to accept whatever time slot is available e <br />after those attending the prehearing conference have been assigned a time slot. <br /> <br />Contents of Written Comments <br /> <br />Written comments may include any writteni data, views or arguments concerning the <br />proposed amendments to the Rules Concerning th~ Colorado Instream Flow andNatural Lake <br />Level Program, and may contain alternative amendments, legal arguments or briefs, and <br />materials prepared by persons other than the submitter. <br /> <br />PROPOSED AGENDA OF RULEMAKING ImARING <br />; <br /> <br />10:00 a.m. Rulemaking procedures explained ! <br />10:15 Staff presentation <br />11 :00 .
