I am a licensed Colorado attorney and was employed as an associate attorney at Ciliberto <br />& Associates, LLC, from January 12, 2004 through November 8, 2004. <br /> <br />2. During my employment at Ciliberto & Associates, LLC, I was involved iri working on <br />various water rights issues for MOIDlt Carbon Metropolitan District, including the <br />Chatfield Reservoir reallocation project. <br /> <br />3. I never stated to William R. (Rick) McLoud, or to any other person, that Mount Carbon <br />Metropolitan District wanted to abandon its decreed conditional water rights in Chatfield <br />Reservoir. <br /> <br />4.
