<br />. <br /> <br />3.3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />the provisions and restrictions of the <br />underlying zoning district(s). <br /> <br />Floodprone District (FPD) <br /> <br />3.3.1 Prohibited Uses - The following uses shall be <br />prohibited in, on, or over any part of the <br />Floodprone District: <br /> <br />3.3.1.1 All uses listed in Section 3.1.1 of these <br />regulations. <br /> <br />3.3.1.2 Any obstruction. The term "obstruction" shall <br />not include any device or structure reasonably <br />necessary for the diversion or storage of <br />water or for flood control or prevention, so <br />long as such device, or structure has been <br />appropriately designed and constructed to <br />minimize potential flood hazards. <br /> <br />3.3.2 Allowed Uses - The following uses shall be allowed <br />subject to the provisions and restrictions of the <br />underlying zoning district(s). <br /> <br />3.3.2.1 Agricultural uses, except that the storage of <br />agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers, <br />pesticides, and rules shall be subject to the <br />provisions of Section 3.3.2 of these <br />regulations. <br /> <br />3.2.2.2 Private and public recreational uses, such as <br />golf courses, tennis courts, driving ranges, <br />archery rangel, picnic grounds, boat launching <br />ramps, swimming areas, parks, wildlife and <br />nature preserves, target ranges, hunting and <br />fishing areas, fish hatcheries, and hiking and <br />equestrian tr~ils, except that any structures <br />accessory to such uses shall not be located in <br />the Floodpron. District. ' <br /> <br />3.3.3 Special Review Uses - There are n~ special review <br />uses in a Floodprone District, except that once a <br />determination has been made pursuant to Section <br />3.3.4 below, some uses will be subject to the <br />special review provisions of Section 3.2.1.3 and <br />3.2.2.3 of these regulations, as appropriate. <br /> <br />3.3.4 Determination For Uses Not Listed - For all uses <br />not enumerated in subsections 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 of <br />these regulations a determination shall be made as <br />to whether the site for the proposed development is <br />located in an ZlIlIer/Yl00dpZaill Flood Conveyance <br />Subdistrict.
