<br />~ . j ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4.0 SUMMARY <br /> <br />The BWCD desires to enter into an agreement and court stipulation for decreed terms <br />and conditions with the CWCB to accept "injury with mitigation" concerning its proposed <br />plans for augmentation and exchange described in water court applications 01 CW305 <br />and 02CW77. The mitigation package offered by the BWCD consists of stream gage <br />installation and maintenance, hydrologic modeling and streamflow assessments, <br />implementation of water conservation practices, and the curtailment and enforcement of <br />outdoor irrigation water use at flows greater those decreed to the CWCB.
