Applicant is requesting an <br />upstream alternate point of diversion for the Plumtaw Creek Ditch to irrigate new lands. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow rights which could be injured by this application: <br /> <br />Case No. Stream Amount (cfs) Aoorop.
