Applicant is requesting two new alternate points of <br />diversion for the F .M. Taylor Ditch to irrigate new lands. <br /> <br />CWCB Approtlriations <br /> <br />The Board holds an instream flow decree for 120 cfs on the North Fork White River with an <br />appropriation date of November 15, 1977, which could be injured by this application. <br /> <br />Potential for Injury <br /> <br />Applicant's upstream alternate point of diversion and request to irrigate new lands may result <br />in be an expansion of use and deplete the Board's instream flow right on the North Fork White <br />River. <br /> <br />Other Objectors <br /> <br />There are no other objectors in this case. <br /> <br />File = C:\wp511bconl.mcmoo,,\594CW245.SOP <br />
