Applicant proposes new alternate uses for the <br />Pharo, Pharo-Bauer, and Pharo-Bauer No.1 irrigation water rights to include piscatorial, <br />recreation, and fish and wildlife habitat enhancement purposes. Applicant also seeks to <br />"adjudicate each of the ditches" ..... "as alternate and supplemental points of diversion for the <br />water rights decreed to each of the other ditches so that any or all of the rights can be diverted <br />at any of the headgates." <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds an instream flow decree for 60 cfs, summer, and 85 cfs, winter, on the Blue <br />River with an appropriation date of October 2, 1987, which could be injured by this application. <br /> <br />Potential for Iniurv <br /> <br />Applicant's request to change the decreed use and the points of diversion of its senior irrigation <br />rights may deplete the Board's instream flow rights on the Blue River. <br /> <br />Other Objectors <br /> <br />Other objectors include the Colorado River Water Conservation District, the City and County of <br />Denver, and the State and Division Engineer. <br /> <br />a:594CW22S.mem <br />
