Applicant is requesting three alternate points of diversion for <br />the Daggert and Parker Ditch to irrigate new lands. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds an instream flow decree for 6 cfs on Gypsum Creek with an appropriation date <br />of March 17, 1980, which could be injured by this application. <br /> <br />Potential for Iniury <br /> <br />Applicant's request for upstream alternate points of diversion may deplete the Board's instream <br />flow rights on Gypsum Creek.
