Alan <br />Hamel made a motion that the Board support Senate Bill 95-083. The <br />motion was seconded by Eric Kuhn and approved unanimously (7-0). Ray <br />Wright made a motion that the Board oppose House Bill 95-11 12 in its <br />present form. The motion was seconded by Ray Werner and approved <br />unanimously (7-0). Leo Eisel moved that the Board support the portion <br />of Bill 95-1151 that deals with the holdings of hearings for wells within <br />600 feet of one another, and that the Board oppose the two other concerns <br />expressed in that bill. The motion was seconded by David Harrison, who <br />also amended the motion that the Board express concern on definition <br />between a spring and a well, give support for the idea of streamlining the <br />hearing process of 600 foot spacing, and oppose something that changed <br />the 35 acre exemption.
