<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item l.a <br />Case No. 1-05CWIII; Center of Colorado Water Conservancy District <br />and Centennial Water and Sanitation District <br /> <br />Armlication Summarv <br /> <br />This is an application for a plan for augmentation and for changes in the type and place of use of the <br />water rights associated with the Randall Ditch and Sessions Ditch from irrigation to a number of <br />other uses, including municipal, augmentation, domestic, industrial, commercial, irrigation, <br />stockwatering, recreation, fish and wildlife preservation and propagation, fire protection, aquifer <br />recharge purposes, substitution and exchange and replacement, by both direct diversion and storage <br />for later use, connection with the Centennial Water and Sanitation District water supply operations. <br />Applicants' plan for augmentation includes diversion of said water rights to storage in certain <br />reservoirs to replicate historic return flows in Michigan Creek and the South Platte River. <br /> <br />CWCS Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water rights that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />CWCR Case Stream/Lake Amount Approp.
