The Scope of Work was <br />incorporated in a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and advertised in the Denver Post November 14, <br />2002. A pre-proposal meeting of the staff with interested consulting firms is scheduled for December <br />5,2002 with written proposals due on December 19, 2002. <br /> <br />A Consultant Selection Committee composed of CWCB Board members Eric Wilkinson, <br />Greg Hoskin, Carolyn McIntosh, and Don Schwindt together with CWCB staff member Mike Serlet <br />and a representative from the DNR Executive Director's Office will review the proposals, interview <br />the top three candidate firms, and present a recommendation for a study consultant to be approved <br />by the Board at the January 2003 CWCB Board meeting. Work on the study is expected to begin in <br />early-2003, following legislative authorization, and be completed by November 1, 2004. <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
