This is an application for a ground water right and plan for augmentation including
exchange to replace out-of-priority depletions by a junior domestic well tributary to the Blue
River near the town of Breckenridge in Summit County (see attached map). Applicant is
proposing to replace summertime out-of-priority depletions by exchange with senior
<:onsumptive use credits decreed to the Carwood Ditch. Winter depletions will be replaced
by exchange with releases of stored credits from Dillon Reservoir.

Applicant's plan for augmentation may not replace depletions in the same amount,
timing and location at which they occur. Furthermore, applicant must ensure that the
relevant terms and conditions of the Upper Blue River MOA are included in any decree
entered in this case.
