SUBJECT: Supplement to Little Dry Creek Instream Flow Recommendations

Dear Dan:

Attached you will find a copy of a report, Supplement to ]~lStream Flow
Recommendations Cor Little Dry Creek, dated July 1, 1993. In this report I attempted to
address most of the concerns and issues that were raised at the May, 1993 CWCB meeting. I
was unable to attend that meeting due to a previously scheduled family vacation for which the
airline tickets were purchased in early January. It was unfortunate that 1 was not at the meeting
in May because I am certain that many of the issues that were raised could have been adequately
addressed at that time thus minimizing the debate. I hope that the attached report will lay to rest
some of the confusion over the technical issues surrounding the Division's instrCam flow
recommendations for Little DIy Creek.
