Action: A motion was made by Ken Salazar to approve a $30,000 loan on the _
from the emergency account of the CWCB on the justification that if
the repairs do not go forward during this construction season there
would be loss of water storage opportunity for a year, and the risk of
a full failure of the facility. In addition, that the construction
guidelines be adhered to and not lower the interest rate. The motion
was seconded by David Smith and the motion passed (7-1), with David
Harrison not in favor.
