A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held at the Sleepy
Cat Ranch in Meeker, Colorado. The meeting was called to order at 9:33 a.m. on
Thursday, July 22, 1993, by Chairman Eisel. Eight voting members were present so
there was a quorum (at least six required). Present were Ken Salazar, David
Harrison, David Smith, To=yThomson, Tyler Martineau, Janice Shefiel, Leo Eisel,
David Meyring, Will Burt, Eddie Kochman, Chuck We, Jennifer Gimbel for Gale
Norton2.
