Upper Colorado River Endangered Fish Recovery Program 2:07 - 2:45 <br />Hatchery Feasibility Study <br />Tape 4, Start/Stop 152 - 981 <br />Action: A two part motion was made by Ken Salazar for the Board to 1) <br />accept the final report on the Hatchery Feasibility Study and subrrllt <br />that to the Recovery Implementation Committee and the Management <br />Committee of the Recovery Program, and 2) that the Board ask staff <br />to move forward with the draft Joint Resolution of the Colorado <br />Wildlife Commkoion and the Colorado Water Conservation Board and <br />solicit input and comment on that resolution by August 20, 1993 in <br />anticipation that the final resolution will be presented to the Board at <br />its September meeting for final adoption by the Board. Delegate to Chuck We in concert with Technical Advisory <br />Committee to make the final decision on contractor and ratified by <br />Board in September (2 weeks afterwards). A motion was made by <br />Janice Sheftel to delegate to the CWCB Director the authority to <br />select and enter into a contract with the firm to receive the CRDSS <br />contract on the advice of the technical advisory committee and to sign <br />the contract. This is a shared decision with the State Engineer.
