Applicant intends to replace <br />summertime out-of-priority depletions by exchange with senior consumptive use credits <br />decreed to the Carwood Ditch on Miner's Creek. Winter depletions will be replaced by <br />exchange with releases of stored credits from Dillon Reservoir. Applicant is claiming a <br />December 11, 1992, date for administration of this exchange. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds an instream flow decree for 75 cfs, summer, and 58 cfs, winter, on <br />the Blue River with an appropriation date of October 2, 1987, which could be injured by this <br />application. <br /> <br />Potential for Iniul)' <br /> <br />Applicant's proposed plan for augmentation could injure the Board's instream flow <br />right on the Blue River if it does not comply with the terms of the Summit County/CWCB <br />Lower Blue River Basin Memorandum of Agreement. <br /> <br />e <br />
