Date <br /> <br />5-90CW311 <br /> <br />Hamilton Creek <br /> <br />November 27, 1990 <br /> <br />1.5 (4/15-8/14) <br />0.5 (8/15-4/14) <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the <br />Denver Water Board Diversion and extending to the confluence with Hurd Creek, being a distance <br />of approximately 3.0 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by Thomas Kerwin, Hurd Creek Ranch, the City of Englewood and <br />the City and County of Denver. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Appropriation Adiustment as ner Rule 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Ru1es and Regulations, staffis requesting the Board reduce the amount <br />of water sought in the Hamilton Creek instream flow reach requested in Case No. 5-90CW282, <br />because of valid water availability concerns raised by the objectors.
