Date <br /> <br />5-90CW310 <br /> <br />4.0 (5/1-9/30) <br />1.5 (10/1-4/30) <br /> <br />November 27, 1990 <br /> <br />Meadow Creek <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the outlet <br />of Meadow Creek Reservoir and extending to the Vail Irrigation System Headgate #1, being a <br />distance of approximately 2.1 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by the City of Englewood and the City and County of Denver. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Appropriation Adiustment as oer Rule 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Rules and Regulations, staffis requesting the Board reduce the amount <br />of water sought in the Meadow Creek Instream Flow reach requested in Case No. 5-90CW310, <br />because of valid water availability concerns raised by the objectors.
