Louis Creek <br /> <br />6.5 (4/15-9/30) <br />3.5 (10/1-4/14) <br /> <br />November 27, 1990 <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the <br />confluence of King Creek and extending to the Tyron Ditch, being a distance of approximately <br />4.2 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by the Middle Park WCD, Town of Fraser and the City and County <br />of Denver. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Appropriation Adiustment as per Rule 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Rules and Regulations, staffis requesting the Board reduce the amount <br />of water sought in the S1. Louis Creek instream flow reach requested in Case No. 5-90CW316, <br />because of valid water availability concerns raised by the objectors.
