(10/1-4/14) <br /> <br />November 27, 1990 <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the <br />confluence of St. Louis Creek and extending to the confluence with Ranch Creek, being a distance <br />of approximately 4.2 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by the Middle Park WCD, Grand County W&S, Hurd Creek Ranch, <br />Devils Thumb Joint Venture, the City of Englewood and the City and County of Denver. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Appropriation Adiustment as per Rule 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Rules and Regulations, staffis requesting the Board reduce the amount <br />of water sought in the Fraser River instream flow reach requested in Case No. 5-90CW315, because <br />of valid water availability concerns raised by the objectors.
