In a few cases (90CW310, 90CW315, 90CW317), staff is <br />continuing to work with one objector (Denver Water) to resolve its concerns. Staff feels it is very <br />close to resolving all of Denver Water's concerns. However, as the attached memorandum from <br />Edward Kowalski, AGO, explains, the Division 5 Water Court Referee has requested that a <br />proposed ruling be filed in each case by March 31, 1999. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff is requesting the Board ratifY the proposed changes to its water right appropriations <br />and to request the Attorney General's Office submit proposed decrees to the Water Court. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />Agenda item 13 <br />
