The purpose is similar in nature to an <br />instream flow water right. <br /> <br />CWCB Annrol>riations <br /> <br />The Board holds several instream flow water rights on Gore Creek for various amounts with various <br />appropriation dates. <br /> <br />Potential for Iniurv <br />The Board is the sole entity that is pennitted by law to hold instream flow water rights to protect <br />the environment to a reasonable degree. This application may violate this statutory requirement.
