<br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Board recommend to the General Assembly that a grant in the <br />amount of $432,000 from the CWCB Construction Fund be approved for the National Energy <br />Foundation in support of the Learning to be WaterWise Resource Action Program for 5th grade <br />students and households throughout Colorado during the 2000/2001 school year. The funds <br />shall be appropriated to the Learning to be WaterWise Resource Action Program of the National <br />Energy Foundation for allocation to various Colorado schools on a 75% state and 25% local <br />matching basis.
