g. South Platte Greenway Foundation Stipulation

Mr. Robbins abstained from participation'in the Board's
deliberations because of hi$ repr'esentation of a client with
an interest in this matter. The Board instructed the
Attorney General's staff to advi'se the Foundation' s attorney
that the Board still had the issues raised by the
Foundation's filing under consideration.

h. Authorization'to Proc,eed to Trial on Gor'eCreek Filings

Mr. Lochhead abstained from participation in the Board's
deliberations and left the room during the discussion.
~~. Getches moved, seconded by Mr. Smith, to authorize the
Attorney General to proceed to trial in the cases involving'
the Board's applications for water rights and in the cases
icnvolving the Vaicl Valley. ,Conso'lidated Water. District's'
change of water rights and-~lan of augmentation., The motion
was passed unanimously with Mr., Lochhead abstaining.
