M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />MR. BURR:' <br /> <br />MR. GOODWIN: <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"We will call this regularly scheduled <br />meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board to order. The first item on the agenda <br />is the approval of the minutes of the Board <br />meeting held in Fort Collins, Colorado, on <br />May 29, 1968, which have previously been <br />sent to the Board members. Are there any <br />corrections or additions to the minutes as <br />submitted? If not, I'll entertain a motion <br />that they be approved as submitted." <br /> <br />"I'll so move." <br /> <br />"I'll second." <br /> <br />"It has been regularly moved and seconded <br />that the minutes be approved as submitted. <br />All those in favor will signify by saying <br />'aye'; opposed - the minutes are unanimously <br />approved. <br /> <br />As the Board members were notified, <br />Mr. James Macdonald, Board member from La <br />Junta, is seriously ill at Presbyterian <br />Medical Center and has submitted his <br />resignation from the Board. Flowers were <br />sent to Mr. Macdonald by the Board and we <br />have just received the following note from <br />his daughter: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />'My father, James Macdonald, has asked <br />me to thank you all for the lovely flowers <br />you sent to him at Presbyterian Hospital and <br />though I have been dilatory about complying <br />to his request to thank you this certainly <br />
