Application Summary

The applicant has applied for a plan for augmentation and exchange to replace out-
of-priority depletions from 6 individual wells tributary to the Blue River near Breckenridge
in Summit County (see attached map). Applicant intends to replace out-of-priority
depletions by exchange with senior consumptive use credits decreed on the Snake River to
the Vidler Tunnel Water Company and "accompanying water from storage in Dillon
Reservoir as necessary to offset the foregoing depletions". Applicant is claiming a July 31,
1991, date for administration of this exchange.
