Final Notice - Instream Flow/Natural Lake Level Recommendations, Water
Division 4, to be presented at the November 9-10, 1992, Board Meeting

The Colorado Water Conservation Board will consider instream flow appropriations
for the streams listed in the attached Final Notice at its next meeting in Denver, Colorado
on November 9-10,1992. This Final Notice reflects revisions made by the CWCB staff since
distribution of the Preliminary Notice in June. The CWCB staff will continue to review
public comments regarding the attached recommendations until the November meeting.

Written comments regarding these instream flow /naturallake level recommendations
should be submitted to the Board staff at the above address. The staff will evaluate these
comments in preparing a recommended course of action for the Board's consideration.
Individual appearances at the Board meeting are welcomed but are not required for
recognition of specific concerns.

Please share this notice with anyone who is interested in these instream flow/natural
lake level recommendations.

The State's Instream Flow/Natural Lake Level Program is administered by the
Colorado Water Conservation Board pursuant to section 37-92-102(3) C.R.S. (1990).
