A brief <br />summary of the studies is presented below. <br /> <br />1. FPR 99-493: City of Yuma. Floodplain Information Report (FIR) dated May 1999, was <br />prepared by the CWCB for the City, and is based on previous work done by an engineering <br />consultant. The study includes detailed hydrology with approximate floodplain delineations for <br />several ponds and wmamed flooding sources in the community. The old FEMA Flood Hazard <br />Boundary Map (4/76) will be rescinded due to its inaccuracy. (Recommended Action under <br />Rule 9.D.2. See attached letter.) <br /> <br />2. FPR 99-494: Cherry Hills ViUage. Flood Insurance Study (FIS) dated April 17, 1989 that <br />was prepared by FEMA for Arapahoe County and incorporated areas within it. The report and <br />accompanying maps include detailed floodplain information for streams in Cherry Hills <br />Village. (Recommended Action under Rule 9.D.1.) <br /> <br />3. FPR 99-495: Cherry Hills ViUage. Flood Insurance Study (FIS) dated March, 1991 that was <br />prepared by FEMA for Arapahoe County and incorporated areas within it. The report and <br />accompanying maps include detailed floodplain information for streams in Cherry Hills <br />Village. The 1991 information is consistent with the 1989 information in Resolution No. 99- <br />494. (Recommended Action under Rule 9.D.I.) <br /> <br />4. FPR 99-496: Town of Otis. Floodplain Inforl1Ultion Report (FIR), dated May 1999, <br />including a Flood Insurance Rate Map dated August 19, 1985, which was subsequently revised <br />by the CWCB in May 1999, was prepared by the CWCB for the Town of Otis, based on <br />
