<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. 37-60-106 (1), Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW <br />PARAGRAPH to read: <br />37-60-106. Duties of the board - repeal. (1) It is the duty of the board to promote the conservation of <br />the waters of the state of Colorado in order to secure the greatest utilization of such waters and the utmost <br />prevention of floods; and in particular, and without limiting the general character of this section, the board has the <br />power and it is its duty: <br />(s) (I) To RECOMMEND WATER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 37-60-202 ;(3), TO <br />THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN ACCORDANCE WTTH SECTION 37-60-203 AND TO ISSUE WATER INFRASTRUCTURE <br />REVENUE BONDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PART 2 OF THIS ARTICLE. <br />(II) THIS PARAGRAPH (s) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE UPON THE REJECTION BY THE REGISTERED ELECTORS <br />OF THE STATE VOTING ON THE QUESTION OF THE BALLOT QUESTION SUEMITTED PURSUANT TO SECTION <br />37-60-203 (1) (a). <br />SECTION 3. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. <br /> <br />,. <br />! <br /> <br />49 <br />
