The
District would need to have a population of at least 1,000 or would need to have at least 650 taps.

.

Round Mountain Water & Sanitation District
Again, the one possibility would be through the Small Water Resources Projects program, The same size
requirements apply as above,

Town of Ridoway
This project would not qualify under the Authority's programs. The Small Water program requires a
minimum loan of $300,000,

Ute Water Conservancy District
The project is on the Drinking Water Revolving Fund project eligibility list, however, the projects' eligibility
is uncertain. The District can access the capital markets more economically than can be achieved under the
Small Water Resources Projects program, In addition, in order to qualify through Small Water the project
would require a joint resolution of the General Assembly since it is in excess of $25 million,

If you have any questions about these projects or if we can be of further assistance, please call me at (303)
830-1550, Ext.15,

Sincerely,

~

Michael Srod
Finance Director

.0

cc: Peter Evans, CWCS

C,_IP<cj~"''''

--
