Serlet; <br /> <br />The City of Victor is pleased to have this opportunity to respond to your queries. As you <br />know it has been a long and arduous process to get to this point. We would iike to thank <br />the CWCB for its cooperation on the project and look forward to working with you <br />toward the successful completion of the project. <br /> <br />For you information we have responded to comments that Bill Green sent us in his letter <br />dated October 5, 2000; some of which are similar to your comments. For the sake of <br />clarity we offet the responses to your comments on a comment specific basis as follows. <br /> <br />COfTh:nem #1 Tne status of the feasibility report and all other planning activities fot the <br />proJect. <br />ResDonse: Based on our October 25 2000 discussion with Mr. Penn Gildersleeve of Icon <br />, , <br />Engineering the feasibility report will be complete no later than November 6, 2000. <br /> <br />Comment #2: The status of project financing activities. <br />Response: The City of Victor has SIgned the DOLA grant contract and as such has <br />:5277,300 2.vailable for financing of the project. The City also has corn..rnitted $246,(':::) <br />in its budget and includes from $50,000 to 560,000 in in-kind services to the project.
