As part of the Departments supplemental reqUf~st, the Department asked that $651.071
of current General Fund appropriations, or new! supplementals, in the Dlvislc,ns of Water
Resources and Colorado Water Conservation j30ard be refinanced with furlds from the
Operational Account of the Severance Ta* Trust Fund or the Colorado Water
Coneervation Construction Fund, The actions! of the JElC have resulted in $3,3Q3,143
being refinanced from the Construction Fund, i The Department understan,js the need
