<br />Proposed CWCB Consent Agenda <br />January 24-25, 2000 <br /> <br />In order to increase the CWCB's efficiency and allow more time for consideration of water policy and <br />contested issues, the listed items are noticed for action by the CWCB as part ofthe July 2000 "Consent <br />Agenda." <br /> <br />1. Water Project Planning and Finance <br /> <br />a. Pine River Irrigation District - Loan Terms for Project Approved by 2000 Legislature <br /> <br />b. AlamosalLaJara Water Conservancy District - Alamosa River Restoration Project <br /> <br />2. Stream and Lake Protection --Statements of Opposition (The Board is asked to ratifY the Statements of <br />Opposition which have been filed by the staff to protect instream flow water rights in the following cases.) <br /> <br />a. Case No. 4-00CW166, Wilson Mesa at Telluride Metropolitan District and Wilson Mesa Ranch <br />Home Owners Association (Elk Creek). <br />b. Case No. 6-00CW48, Three Forks Ranch Corp. <br /> <br />3. Flood Protection <br /> <br />a. Resolution 01-538 <br />Flood Insurance Study, Arapahoe County and Incorporated Areas, August 1995 <br />b. Resolution 01-539 <br />Flood Insurance Study, El Paso County and Incorporated Areas, March 1997 <br />c. Resolution 01-540 <br />Flood Insurance Study, El Paso County and Incorporated Areas, August 1999 <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />Matters may be placed on the Consent Agenda when the recommended action follows established policy <br />or precedent, there has been a negotiated settlement, or the matter is uncontested and non-controversial. Staff <br />will provide written memos to the CWCB members explaining the matters on the Consent Agenda that will be <br />identified by and filed under the Item number assigned in the Agenda. <br /> <br />Matters on the Consent Agenda are noticed for hearing in the same manner as other agenda items. If a <br />member of the CWCB requests further consideration of an item on the Consent Agenda, the item will be <br />withdrawn from the Consent Agenda and discussed at the end of the meeting or at the next meeting. The <br />Consent Agenda may be voted on without reading or discussing individual items. Any CWCB member may <br />request clarification about any matter on the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />5 <br />
