Randolph Capital Corp., Case No. 1-99CW108 -Resolved Case (The Board hadfiled a <br />statement of opposition in this case because the application had the potential to injure the <br />Board's ISF. During settlement discussions, the applicant has agreed to include terms and <br />conditions in its decree which would now result in a very small (i.e., "de minimis'? impact to the <br />Boards ISF. The ISF Rules only allow the staff to enter into such a stipulated settlement if it is <br />fUlly protective. This one is not and, therefore, the staff is required to obtain Board approval to <br />settle this case.) <br /> <br />18.
